Built for Fleets. Not Car Washes.
We started because fixed wash bays weren't built for the way trucking actually works. Here's what we've built since — and why fleet managers across Ontario and Quebec keep calling us back.
Started in a Yard. Still in the Yard.
MobileWashPro started when our founder spent years managing a mid-size trucking fleet and kept running into the same problem: fixed wash bays meant pulling trucks off route, waiting in line, and paying for a wash that didn't account for the grime a Class 8 actually accumulates.
The solution was obvious — bring the wash to the fleet. We built our first mobile unit in 2014 and started washing trucks at terminals across southern Ontario. Word spread fast. Fleet managers liked that we showed up on schedule, documented every wash, and didn't need their drivers to go anywhere.
Today we run multiple mobile units across Ontario and Quebec, serving fleets from 4 units to 200+. The operation is bigger but the approach hasn't changed: we come to you, we do the work properly, and we make it easy to prove compliance when you need to.
The Paperwork That Protects You.
When a DOT inspector asks about your wash records, or your insurance carrier wants proof of maintenance compliance, you need documentation that holds up. We build that into every wash.
Fully Insured
We carry $5M commercial general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request for any fleet contract.
DOT Wash Documentation
Every wash is logged with unit number, date, technician, and service performed. Documentation is formatted to meet DOT maintenance record requirements.
Eco-Certified Water Reclaim
Our mobile units use closed-loop water reclaim systems that capture and filter wash water. We comply with municipal stormwater bylaws across all service areas.
Biodegradable Chemistry
All degreasers and wash chemicals are biodegradable and safe for painted surfaces, chrome, and aluminum. No caustic compounds that damage your equipment.
WSIB Clearance
We maintain active WSIB clearance certificates. Required by many terminals and logistics operators before any contractor can work on-site.
Trained Technicians
Every technician completes our in-house certification program covering equipment handling, chemical safety, and wash documentation protocols.
The Numbers Don't Lie.
Fixed wash bays were designed for passenger vehicles. Mobile washing was designed for fleets. Here's what that difference looks like in practice.
